Bathing Time in Morning

The moment I turn on the shower, water bursts from the shower head in a warm cascade. I quickly pull the shower curtain along its shower curtain rod to contain the splashes.
Reaching for my favorite coconut shampoo, I lather up while making sure the drain stays clear - last week's clogged drain taught me to check (and keep the plunger nearby just in case). After rinsing, I apply mint-scented conditioner, then squeeze some lavender body wash onto my loofah.
Since I'm not washing my hair today, I secure a pink shower cap over my curls. My feet grip the absorbent diatom mud bath mat, while the regular bath mat waits outside the tub to catch drips.
As I step out, I grab the bath towel from its hook, feeling grateful I installed that extra towel rack last month.
